SHOCK: A dark comedy/ family drama by Sarah Robertson

Logline: Nancy Wright, an 80 year old widow battling with the beginning stages of dementia, brings her granddaughter, Louise Wright, an ex-convict, to a family Thanksgiving party where Louise's presence is shocking and catastrophic.

Set in Asbury Park, NJ, Shock tells the story of a very lost Louise Wright trying to find her peace. After being in prison for an extended period of time for a crime that left her entire family in shambles, Louise struggles with the sudden emergence into the real world. Will she overcome her demons? Or will she let them win?
